Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility for the package passes to the customer.
ClearEar is not liable for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after successful delivery has been confirmed by the courier.
If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in opening an investigation with the courier service.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
We will review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
